. Drop off can be done either at the south end of the track or behind the press box (see the attachment of campus map)
2. We will have a concession stand and a food truck available
3. Bus parking will be at the north end of the school parking lot and in front of the bus garage
4. We will be running the PENTATHLON for both boys and girls - this is a change from last year.
5. The Award stand will be in the middle of the football field. Please remind your athletes to report for their picture to be taken on the stand after the conclusion of the event.
6. Ribbons and 1st place medals will be given away at the end of the meet. They will be available for pickup from the press box
7. We will be selling invitational T-shirts. $20.00 - sm-xl, + $2.00 for xxl-xxxl. T-shirts are made from performance material.*
* We will be doing a pre-sale order for all the coaches and athletes. Attached is an order form that you can send back to me by APRIL 11TH. We have to order the shirts by April 12th so we have them in time. When you arrive, I will have your team's t-shirts ready for you at the coaches' meeting. Payment will be accepted on the day of the meet.
